Shipping and Delivery
Pillow Canvas ships from Canada and serves customers in most Canadian provinces and major urban areas. Standard in-stock textile items such as decorative pillows, cushion covers and throw blankets generally leave our facility within 1 business day. Framed prints, larger wall art and bundled décor sets may require up to 2 business days for inspection, corner protection, carton preparation and label confirmation.
Typical transit windows are approximately 2–5 business days in Ontario, 3–7 business days to Québec and Manitoba, 4–8 business days to Alberta and British Columbia, and 3–8 business days to Atlantic Canada. These are working estimates rather than guaranteed delivery commitments. Rural routing, weather disruption, holiday peaks and carrier backlogs may extend actual timing.
Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, dimensions, destination and service level when applicable. Some promotions may offer free shipping above a stated subtotal threshold for eligible standard-delivery items. Oversize framed pieces, remote postal codes and special handling orders may not qualify for promotional shipping terms.
Customers should inspect cartons soon after delivery. If there is visible transit damage, packaging should be photographed before disposal and the issue should be reported within 48 hours. This is especially important for framed items, prints under glazing and any large-format artwork where carrier claims depend on prompt documentation.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. Customers with urgent timeline needs should contact us before ordering so we can advise whether the requested items and destination are realistic for that schedule.
