Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship from our Toronto-based operation to most Canadian destinations. Transit times vary by province, courier routing and item size.
How fast do orders go out?
In-stock textiles usually leave within 1 business day. Framed prints and larger art orders often leave within 2 business days because they require additional inspection and packing.
Can I return a pillow or throw blanket?
Usually yes, within 30 days if the item is unused and in resalable condition. Custom, clearance or made-to-order items may be excluded. See the Returns page for the actual conditions.
What if my framed print arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with photos of the outer carton and the item itself. We need those details to process a replacement or damage claim properly.
Do inserts come with decorative pillows?
Some listings are cover-only, some offer filled options. The product page will state it clearly. We try not to bury that kind of detail.
Can you help me choose sizes for a sofa or bed?
Yes. Send us a photo, the furniture width and a rough colour description through the contact form. We usually reply within one business day.
Are colours exact to what I see on screen?
Not always. Screen calibration, room lighting and fabric texture affect how colours read. We describe undertones whenever possible so the online images aren’t your only reference.
Do you offer trade or staging support?
For small staging and repeat décor orders, yes. Contact us with your needs and expected quantities.
