These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Pillow Canvas website and the purchase of products offered through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the site for ordering.

Product descriptions, prices, dimensions, care notes and availability are presented in good faith, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, typographical mistakes or stock inaccuracies when necessary. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you with options before proceeding where practical.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A confirmation email does not always mean final acceptance if stock, payment verification or shipping restrictions create a problem that needs review. We may decline or cancel an order in reasonable cases, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing error or incomplete customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact details. Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Courier delays, weather disruption, remote area routing and peak seasonal volumes can affect actual arrival dates. Risk of loss may pass in accordance with applicable shipping arrangements and law, though we will still work with customers in good faith when damage or delivery issues arise.

Some items may be final sale, made to order, clearance-based or otherwise excluded from standard return treatment. Specific exclusions, where applicable, should be reviewed together with our Returns and Delivery pages. Customers should inspect delivered goods promptly and notify us of visible shipping damage or product issues within the stated reporting window.

Website content, branding, visual layouts, product copy and original graphic elements remain the property of Pillow Canvas or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying for commercial reuse is not permitted. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario unless another mandatory legal framework applies.
